Even in extremely demanding environments (water, dust, high temperatures), shock-loaded applications are used in industry.

• The NEW GENERATION calcium sulfonate complex soap, created by TOTAL Lubrifiants, is used to make CERAN XM 220. While maintaining a very high degree of pumpability and the capacity to lubricate effectively at high speeds, this new soap has improved qualities in terms of water resistance, load capacity, thermal resistance, and anticorrosion properties.
  Because of its improved antirust properties,
• CERAN XM 220 can be used to lubricate a wide range of components that are subjected to heavy loads, shocks, and working situations where the grease comes into frequent contact with water, including sea water.
• CERAN XM 220 is appropriate for lubricating rolling mills and continuous castings in steel plants, bearings in paper mill sections that are wet and dry (felt rolls), and any other industrial applications in harsh environments.
• CERAN XM 220 can be used in centralized greasing systems. When applying grease, always make sure it isn’t contaminated by dust or dirt. Use a pneumatic pump system if possible.
